The Richard Ford Award

Established in 1976, the award provides figurative artists with the opportunity to travel to Spain to study the paintings in the Prado Museum, Madrid. Geraint received the Award in 2016 and spent October and November making transcriptions at the Prado as well as working in the city in a sketchbook. Below is a selection of the artwork produced during this period.
